Advanced Tasks & Client Tasks: Credit Compensation for Unsatisfactory Results

Advanced Tasks and client-generated tasks are still being improved. If a task has completed but you are not satisfied with the result, you can apply for credit compensation. The rules below describe eligibility, requirements, and how we handle requests (if this policy changes, the latest in-product notice prevails).

Who can apply

This applies to:

  • Advanced Tasks
  • Client-generated tasks

When the result does not meet your expectations, you may submit one credit compensation request.

Requirements

1. One application per task

Each task supports only one compensation application. Please confirm before submitting.

2. Client version

If you are using the client, upgrade to version 0.1.15 or later before applying.

3. Auto mode must be enabled

Turn on Auto mode before applying. When the selected model becomes unavailable or has access issues, Auto mode switches to another model automatically, reducing quality issues caused by a single model outage.

4. Failed and interrupted tasks are not eligible

Status Eligible for compensation request? Notes
completed Yes You may apply if you are unsatisfied with the result
failed No Credits are automatically compensated—no application needed
interrupted No Tasks you stop manually are not eligible

Authorization required

When you apply, you must authorize access to the task’s messages and results so we can review the case and respond.

After review, outcomes typically fall into two categories:

  1. The capability already exists
We will provide usage guidance so you can achieve your goal with existing features.

  2. The capability is not yet available
We will refund 100% of the credits for that task, and improve the capability in a future release.

Response time

We usually reply within 3 business days. In special cases, a reply may take longer.
